On June 24th, 2011, history was made in New York State when the Marriage Equality Act was passed. Two New Yorkers and long-time friends, Bex Schwartz and Josh French, decided to help in a big way by starting what they called "The Pop Up Chapel." Bex, an ordained minister, Josh and a team of volunteers decided to help same sex couples have the weddings they could never afford.
